We were honoured to be invited to deliver the opening presentation at the 11th National Geo-Product Forum, entitled “Industrial Heritage as a GeoProduct”, together with the partners of the “Digital Journey through Muskau Arch Geopark” project.
The event took place at the picturesque New Castle in Muskau Park. Prof. Jan Blachowski from the Department of Geodesy and Geoinformatics at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, Prof. Jörg Benndorf from TU Bergakademie Freiberg, and Dr. Kersten Leowen from the EGTC Muskau Arch Geopark presented a paper entitled “Digital Presentation of Industrial Heritage: Modern Approaches to Promoting Mining Heritage”. The presentation attracted considerable interest from Forum participants.
The project is funded by the INTERREG Poland–Saxony 2021–2027 Cooperation Programme and the Polish state budget under the “Co-financed International Projects” programme.
